Brexit & Employee Share Plans

ProShare is committed to keeping members well-briefed on Brexit-related impacts to share plans – as these become clearer - and continuing to engage in a constructive and positive debate with policymakers and regulators on what can be done to ensure that share plans continue to be a valued force for good in our companies, economy and society.
We established this special focus group in July 2016, specifically to look at the impact of Brexit on share plans and we will continue to channel regular updates from this group to you all. My thanks to those members who agreed to join this group at the outset, and I wish to extend the invitation to other ProShare members, plan issues, administrators and advisors alike – do get in contact with me should you wish to get involved with this. This group meets by teleconference on a monthly basis.

If you are a member organisation and wish to share relevant Brexit-related briefings through this page then do get in contact with us.
Any ProShare members with specific questions or concerns should email and we will address these for you, with our focus group input if needed.
