The ProShare Advisory Panel comprises the Advisory Panel Chair (ProShare Nominee), in addition to up to ten external members nominated by the Advisory Panel Chair.
The ProShare Advisory Panel’s role is to advise and support ProShare in its planning and development; to support ProShare’s events and activities and to promote the organisation externally.

Alexy Armitage Director KPMG UK LLP, Reward Consulting, heads KPMG’s global incentives plan practice. She has significant and extensive experience (more than 20 years) in the design and implementation of international plans and has been an advocate for and supporter of the relaxation of the employee share exemption within the EU prospectus requirements to enable all companies to freely offer employee share plans. She works with major global companies and supports them in promoting these plans to all relevant stakeholders, the internal corporate team, shareholders and employees.
Alexy is a lawyer by background having most recently headed Allen & Overy’s global incentives plans practice. She has also been a consultant with Mercer Consulting (in London and Paris) working closely with companies on all aspects, from design to relevant filings and communications, of implementing and offering their global incentives.
Alexy chairs ProShare’s Global Issues Focus Group and brings unique insight and experience to that role.
National Sales Manager - Growth and Acquisition
Louise has overall responsibility for the YBS Share Plans Growth & Acquisition team. This entails extensive networking and engagement with external brands, industry bodies, consultants, prospective clients and HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC). To continually develop the YBS Share Plans external market profile, Louise is responsible for the development of any third party alliances and bringing new products to market in line with the department’s strategic goals.
She and her team have worked with distinguished and diverse brands across public and private companies both locally, nationally and globally, initiating new communication and marketing innovations with them. Her pragmatic, positive and open attitude to contract negotiation inspires confidence and builds trust with those she is negotiating with, bringing mutually beneficial solutions.
Louise holds an ICSA Certificate in Employee Share Plans, CIM Diploma in Marketing, CeMap and the Financial Planning Certificate.
Veronique Japp – Country Head (UK & France) at Equatex UK Ltd.
Veronique was appointed Country Head (UK & France) of Equatex UK Ltd. in 2016, having previously been an Executive Director at UBS CEFS’s business. She has held similar positions in Client Relationship Management and Client Solutions at BNP Paribas and Computershare, prior to joining UBS CEFS. Throughout her 13 years in the international share plan industry, Veronique helped major companies implement and manage their equity schemes globally, with a particular focus on UK and French approved schemes. Veronique was a GEO Board member for 4 years and speaks regularly at events and conferences on topics including Financial Education in the Workplace, International Tax Compliance for Share Schemes and Global Share Schemes Administration. She is ICSA certified and holds an Advanced MA in European Economics from University of Paris 9 Dauphine.
Elena Petrou has been the Share Schemes Manager at Aviva plc since 2013, working on the company's global executive share plans and all employee schemes. Elena's role typically involves managing all aspects of share plans and working closely with key senior stakeholders.
In 2014, Elena led a migration project to move the administration of the group's executive share plans to the Shareworks platform which involved moving more than 20 years’ worth of grants and is now leading an additional project to launch a global all employee share plan.
Elena has more than 10 years of experience in the share plans industry and successfully completed the ICSA Certificate in Employee Share Plans in 2014. She is also a very active member in the industry and runs a share plans user group, more commonly known as SPUG, which is used for issuers to discuss issues they may have.
As a Senior Relationship Manager in Client Services for Capita Registrars, Simon looked after such clients as ITV, Compass Group, Amvescap and BAA. In 2004, Simon moved to Capita Share Plan Services as Client Relationship Manager, meaning he now accumulated a wide range of experience across share plans and share registration.
Simon was appointed as Head of Relationship Management for Capita Share Plan Services at the beginning of 2008.
