Now in its 26th year, our annual conference is one of the largest events of its kind in the UK. It is the perfect opportunity for plan issuer companies, administrators, advisors and providers to meet, network and discuss the trends defining the industry. We are delighted that Barclays Global Stock & Reward Services are our major sponsor.
It’s a time- and cost-efficient way to:
Delivered by industry experts through a series of seminars and case studies, the conference schedule also includes panel discussions with regulators and policymakers, a keynote speech from Paul McGee - The SUMO Guy, plus abundant networking opportunities throughout the day and at the post-conference drinks reception also generously sponsored by Barclays Global Stock & Reward Services.
The ProShare App will be live soon and will available for download from the App Store and Google Play.
Join the QR Scavenger Hunt played through our App on the day for your chance to be in the prize draw to win a fantastic prize!
Share plans specialists, company secretaries, finance directors, HR directors, lawyers, accountants, advisors, communications experts, academics, consultants and supporters of employee share plans from across the UK, Europe and beyond.
The theme for our conference content this year is 'Ownership Matters'.
The UK's flagship all-employee share schemes, SAYE & SIP, were originally crafted as means of democratising share ownership in the UK. Yet, 38 and 18 years on from their respective inceptions, far more of the UK's listed equity capital is beneficially owned by the rest of the world than by employees or members of the UK general public or organisations representing their interests as current/future pensioners. At a time when capitalism is under fire, how should we channel capital into broader ownership? What do we as an industry need to do to renew, revitalise and remind others of employee share ownership as an inspiring force for good in companies, the economy and society as a whole?
Our aim is to set employee share ownership in a broader context and to enhance delegates’ knowledge of fields with relevance to share plans, with an emphasis on their practical application. We will be retaining favourites such as plan issuer case studies, technical sessions, and perspectives on global developments.
