In this session, Lynette Jacobs, Graeme Standen and Suzannah Crookes of Pinsent Masons LLP take a look at trends relating to executive share plans over the last 12 months.

The government has recently published proposals for changes in various aspects of the corporate governance regime for both listed and unlisted companies, including with the aim of strengthening the voice of employees, customers and other stakeholders.

We'll look at the implications in relation to remuneration and reward, considering in particular the position of executive LTIPs.

One area of focus will be the new pay ratio disclosure between CEO and average UK worker and in discussing this, we will also consider the gender pay gap reporting regulations, how the two regimes differ and the approaches companies may choose to adopt to any accompanying narrative.
Speaker: Lynette Jacobs - Pinsent Masons
