Key Responsibilities

1. Monitoring and maintaining employee share plan helplines;
2. Handling telephone enquiries from employees regarding their shareholdings, selling shares, exercising options, leaving employment;
3. Dealing with daily correspondence, both in writing and over the telephone;
4. Working on our share plans database (training will be given) amending employee records, ensuring that event diaries are kept up to date, processing awards and grants;
5. Liaising with clients, brokers, the Revenue, and Trustees;
6. Launching new share plans;
7. Implementing historical data from other third party providers, to include reconciling data;
8. Online banking;
9. Completion of clients’ annual tax returns.
10. Organize, develop and maintain procedural and process documentation related to client
companies’ program(s) to ensure accurate transaction processing and minimize risk.
11. Assist in identifying new system tools and enhancements to existing systems.
12. Implement projects to enhance business operations.
13. Create and maintain excellent relations with key business partners.
14. Identify innovative client solutions.
15. Supporting internal activity.
16. IT Support.
17. Promotion of Global Shares to both clients and candidates.

Essential Qualification / Experience
1. Understanding of employee share plans, from Company Share Option Plans to Share Incentive Plans;
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal;
3. Accuracy and attention to detail;
4. Computer literate, particularly an understanding of Microsoft Excel;
5. Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines;
6. Ability to work as part of a small team;
7. Numerate;
8. Happy to be on the telephone;
9. Fluent English;
10. Ability to multi-task;
11. Willingness to learn;
12. Confident and positive.

Desired Skills
1. Awareness of corporate governance, including the Model Code;
2. Company Secretarial experience;
3. Some knowledge of Company Law;
4. Project management.

Job Progression
Opportunity to work within a highly skilled team and gain experience across all areas of Equity, Admin / Equity Gateway. The role initially is at an associate level but potential for someone to progress to work as an Implementation Manager / Project Manager and lead various projects from inception to delivering the final product to the client.
